2026 Foundation Program Selection Session - Semester 1 Intake

Queensland Ballet Academy invites young dancers from across Brisbane to a new selection session for our Foundation Program (Semester 1 intake) at the Thomas Dixon Centre – a nurturing, after-school training pathway designed to inspire a lifelong love of dance and the first point of entry into the Academy of Queensland Ballet's professional training pathway.

Entry into the program is via Selection Session or invitation only. The Selection Session at the Thomas Dixon Centre is for Level 10 exclusively (6-7 years).

The Selection Session will take place on 1 December from 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM at the Thomas Dixon Centre.

Applications open on the 14 November and close on 28 November 2025.
