2026 International Auditions

Queensland Ballet Academy invites passionate young dancers from across the globe to audition online for entry into our:

- Lower and Upper School Programs — designed for students in Years 7 to 12 who aspire to a professional career in ballet or dance; and our
- Pre-Professional Program - for students who will turn 18 in the year they commence the program.

Lower and Upper School Programs
These full-time, integrated programs provide a unique opportunity to combine world-class ballet training with a comprehensive academic education at Kelvin Grove State College. Students benefit from Queensland Ballet Academy’s professional training environment while continuing their secondary school studies, without compromise.

The Upper and Lower Schools are comprehensively designed to help develop students' skills to the highest artistic and technical standards. Students enrolled in this program enjoy the privilege and benefit of working within a professional environment to prepare them for a career in ballet or dance.

Pre-Professional Program
Queensland Ballet Academy’s Pre-Professional Program is a full-time final year training program providing students with the preparation and training they require before joining a professional ballet company.

Please note this is the first stage in the video audition application process for international applicants, and applicants may be asked to attend a live audition class prior to being made an offer.
