Our Upper School program is designed for students in academic years 10 – 12. The program combines a half-day of professional ballet training at the Academy and a half-day of academic studies at Kelvin Grove State College. This professional training program is comprehensively designed to develop students’ skills to the highest artistic and technical standards, offering three levels of intensive training in preparation for a finishing year in our Clark Pre-Professional Program or other pre-professional training programs nationally and internationally, in the pursuit of a career in a professional ballet or dance company.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and perform. Long before we performed on this land, it played host to the dance expression of our First Peoples. We pay our respects to their Elders — past, present and emerging — and acknowledge the valuable contribution they have made and continue to make to the cultural landscape of this country.
