2027 Academy Program Auditions - Brisbane

An advance stage program preparing students for the demands of professional training and performance. In these upper levels, students refine their technique and artistry while building independence and professional readiness. 

Students undertaking the Academy Program (Levels 3 – 1) are able to access flexible education pathways. The Academy maintains a long-standing partnership with Kelvin Grove State College, providing students with a guaranteed pathway to enrol should they wish to undertake their academic studies there. For those wanting alternate academic pathways, students are equally supported in exploring other options, whether that involves attending a different secondary school or pursuing distance learning arrangements.

Applications Close: 27 August 2026
Video Audition Deadline: 27 August 2026 (including International Candidates applying to study at Kelvin Grove State College through Education Queensland International). 

Brisbane Audition: 30 August 2026, Thomas Dixon Centre, 406 Montague Road, West End QLD 4101

Audition Requirements: Current Headshot, Full-Length Image (please see FAQ section for examples), and Registration Details (registrant and parent/carer if under 18 years of age). 

Eligibility: Registrants must be entering into Academic Years 10 to 12 and meet the enrolment age requirements set by the Queensland Government’s Department of Education.
